Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Tennessee LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process sales, and maintain a clean, secure store environment.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, strong customer service skills, and able to work in a fast-paced retail setting. This position is on-site at our Tennessee location, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, and movement.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
