Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Tennessee LLC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience in our Tennessee store. You’ll assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and safe while providing professional service.

Responsibilities include answering questions, recommending items, unloading shipments, replenishing stock, and maintaining a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and meet demands of standing and walking.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the register.
• Maintain cash security and protect assets.
• Stock replenishment and merchandise recovery.
• Unload trucks and replenish stock per standards.
• Keep the store clean and presentable, including restrooms.
