Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused associate for TJ Maxx in Midland, TX. You’ll engage customers, maintain a clean store, and support operations while learning our loss prevention and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include ringing purchases, promoting loyalty programs, and assisting in store recovery and safety initiatives. Prior retail experience is preferred; strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
