Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

The role requires good communication, reliability, and the ability to lift 30-50 lbs, with prior retail or service experience preferred. This is a part-time position at our Menard, Texas location, offering a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Handle sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked; recover merchandise as needed.
• Assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment per standards.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful store environment with customers and staff.
• Keep the store clean, restocked, and presentable, including bathrooms and floors.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
