Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and ensure the store is clean and well-stocked. You’ll work with team members to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

The role requires the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and follow procedures. This is a part-time position located at 1326 East Us Highway 67, Big Lake, Texas.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or related roles preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret procedures.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks for stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform duties as assigned by leadership.
