Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions about store products.
• Gain knowledge of department products and respond to questions with informed recommendations.
• Offer product samples to help customers discover new items.
• Inform customers about Drug GM specials and suggest items as appropriate.
• Review product dates, stock, and inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain labeling and stock of department merchandise.
• Report discrepancies in ordering or shipping to the department manager.
• Display a positive attitude and adapt to seasonal ads and promotions.
• Support safety programs and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Inspect equipment and arrange repairs as needed.
• Notify management of accidents or safety risks.
• Operate cooperatively in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicts calmly.
• Maintain honesty and integrity in handling customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek help to resolve issues.
• Assist customers including minors and individuals with special needs as required.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
