Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of South Carolina LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience at our Conway, AR location. You will assist customers, process transactions, and ensure merchandise is stocked and organized throughout the store.

You will help unload trucks, replenish stock, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and team members. This role involves standing, walking, lifting, and providing friendly service in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment per standards.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Clean and restock bathrooms, sweep and mop floors, take out trash, keep areas neat.
