Job summary

Finish Line is seeking a Store Associate in the United States, CA Cerritos area. You will assist with daily operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences, shaping store success and supporting company growth.

Responsibilities include driving sales, managing inventory, merchandising, and ensuring health & safety standards. The role requires flexible hours, strong customer focus, and teamwork in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to deliver memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipment flow and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and adhere to policies.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
