Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and ensuring high standards of service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations: inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfilment and store upkeep.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and operational goals while following policies and safety rules.
• Take on additional duties and projects as required.
