Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Asheville, NC is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process sales at the register, stock merchandise, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret procedures.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading and restocking.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
