Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Dallas, TX is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide friendly, efficient service at the register and throughout the store. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, process sales transactions, and help with stock replenishment and merchandising.

Responsibilities include maintaining cash security, keeping the store clean, and upholding a safe and respectful environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred
• Experience in retail/guest-facing environments preferred
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform regular walking/standing/kneeling tasks
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required
• Strong organizational and communication skills required
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Process sales transactions at cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Stock replenishment and merchandise recovery
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks
• Maintain cleanliness and restock bathrooms, floors, and trash areas
• Other duties as assigned
