Job description

Store - KC-SHAWNEE, KS

Job Overview

Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations and leading omnichannel processes. Maintain store recovery standards to fulfill Brand Promises and ensure friendly customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist Store Manager in adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies to ensure compliance and store results.
  2. Ensure all front-end policies are followed; manage team KPIs.
  3. Plan and execute in-store events and class programs.
  4. Lead omnichannel initiatives and manage shrink and safety programs.
  5. Assist with cash reconciliation, inventory processes, and onboarding new team members.
  6. Train and coach customer experience team; participate in performance management and talent development.
  7. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
  8. Promote a positive and respectful environment; embody company values and serve as a role model.
  9. Assist customers with locating products and providing solutions.
  10. Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and managing delivery standards.
  11. Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
  12. In stores without a Framing Manager, lead delivery of high-quality framing solutions, managing workload in partnership with the Store Manager.
Additional Duties

Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

Retail management experience preferred.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and reaching.
  • Work involves lifting heavy boxes, using ladders, and outdoor activities like unloading trucks.
  • Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
