Join our team as a Technical and Customer Experience Advisor! You'll support our telecommunications clients by assisting customers with smartphones, tablets, and computers, troubleshooting technical issues, and handling account inquiries. We value candidates who are proactive, empathetic, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable working independently, adhering to schedules, and handling high-volume calls with professionalism.

Requirements
  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Successful background check
  • Full-time availability (32-40 hours/week) including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong computer skills, typing at least 30 wpm
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free home environment with reliable high-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload, ping < 100 ms)
  • Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred
Location & Work-from-Home Requirements

Must reside in one of the specified states and have a dedicated home office with a wired internet connection. The provided equipment includes a computer, monitor, and headset, with a webcam required for training and meetings.
