Job summary

Goodwill in North Las Vegas is seeking a Customer Service Lead to assist the Store Management Team with daily cash wrap operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service to guests and donors.

You will train Sales Associates, enforce VIP policies, maintain cleanliness, handle cash duties, and communicate efficiently with customers. A year of retail and cash handling experience is preferred, with strong interpersonal skills and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a year in retail and cash handling.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead cash wrap operations and support Store Management in daily activities.
• Provide friendly, energetic customer service to guests, donors, and team members.
• Perform cash handling tasks, including drawer counts and reconciliations, according to policies.
• Coach Sales Associates and ensure greeting of customers and announcements of promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor and cash wrap area.
