Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a retail customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with customers and co-workers, and ability to work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Train cashiers and monitor performance to ensure top service levels.
• Approve refunds/voids in manager's absence and maintain accurate transactions.
• Keep textiles/clothing racks well-presented and restocked.
• Follow loss prevention and inventory procedures; keep areas clean and safe.
