Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in retail customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to bend, lift, grasp and move continuously through the day.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• For positions that require driving, must maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance and be able to travel if needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, courteous service and guidance.
• Provide continuous customer service and cashier training to staff.
• Perform refunds and void approvals as needed.
• Maintain textiles/clothing racks and restock proactively.
• Adhere to loss prevention and inventory procedures.
• Occasionally operate the cash register for back-up.
• Keep areas clean, safe, and organized; report hazards.
