Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1-year minimum experience in retail customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to bend, lift, grasp and move continuously through the day.
• Must have valid driver’s license if driving and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build connections; guide shopping needs.
• Train cashiers and monitor performance.
• Process refunds and voids in the absence of a manager.
• Maintain textiles/clothing racks and stock the selling floor.
• Adhere to loss prevention and inventory procedures.
• Operate a cash register on rare occasions when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
