Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Ohio LLC in Williamsfield, Ohio, is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, manage sales transactions at the register, and help keep the store clean, stocked, and safe.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience. You must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and be comfortable standing and walking for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.

• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
