Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver an engaging shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions, stock shelves, unload deliveries, and keep the store clean and organized.

The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and teamwork in a part-time, on-site setting at our Moore, OK location. Prior retail or service experience is preferred, and physical duties are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while operating the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and team members.
• Keep the store clean and presentable, including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
