Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in West Helena, AR seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, process sales at the register, stock merchandise, and keep the store neat and presentable.

The role requires lifting 30–50 lbs, frequent walking and standing, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with prior retail or service experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
