The role requires a high school diploma (preferred) and prior customer service in retail or related settings; you must be able to lift 30–50 lbs, stand long hours, and communicate effectively. This is a part-time, on-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities
