Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Huntsville, AR is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred. Part-time hours are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
