Job summary

Dollar Tree in Huntsville, AR is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, operate the cash register, stock shelves, and maintain clean and organized store areas.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent or are currently pursuing one, with previous retail or service experience preferred. You must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods while delivering friendly service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
