Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Stock shelves and recover merchandise throughout the store.
• Receive merchandise and assist unloading trucks and replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
