Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help keep the store stocked and clean on site in Santa Clarita, CA.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, and previous retail or service experience. Part-time hours are available with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Able to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with colleagues and customers.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, bathrooms included, and keep areas neat.
