Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Louisiana LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience in Saint Amant, Louisiana. You will assist customers, process sales at the register, and help keep the store clean and well-stocked.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail or customer service experience. You will be expected to lift 30–50 lbs and participate in unloading trucks, stock replenishment, and maintaining a safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and respectful environment for customers and team members.
