Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to provide a friendly shopping experience and assist customers with questions and recommendations. You will manage cash transactions, maintain store cleanliness, and support stock replenishment while upholding safety and professionalism.

The role supports daily store operations, including unloading merchandise, assisting customers, and collaborating with leaders to maintain an efficient, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and teammates.
• Keep the store clean, restock bathrooms, sweep and mop floors, take out trash.
