Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome shoppers, process transactions at the register, restock merchandise, and maintain a clean, safe store environment at our Marion location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or service experience highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and friendly store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
