Family Dollar Stores Of Georgia LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer at our Lake Park, FL location.

The role involves assisting customers, handling transactions, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment while upholding company policies and providing friendly service. Part-time hours are available, with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent movement and standing.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stocking.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
