Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Georgia LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, and help stock and maintain store presentation.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, safety, and adherence to store standards, with duties including stocking, cleaning, and supporting leadership in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
