Family Dollar Stores Of Georgia LLC seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and maintain store cleanliness and safety.

The role requires reliable customer service and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, with a friendly, professional demeanor and strong teamwork. Part-time position located in Atlanta, GA with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including restrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
