Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Georgia LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Eastman, GA to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, restock shelves, and keep the store clean and welcoming.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment. Part-time opportunities are available, with progression potential in store operations and customer care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and associates.
• Maintain cleanliness storewide, including bathrooms, floors, and waste disposal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
