Family Dollar Stores Of North Carolina LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Richfield, NC to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process sales at the register, help keep the store stocked, and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Ideal candidates show strong communication and teamwork, and can lift 30–50 lbs as required. This is a part-time role with opportunities for growth and development with the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service, organization, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
