Job summary

Family Dollar in Fredonia, AZ is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to greet customers, answer questions, and process transactions at the cash register. You will help with stocking and maintaining store cleanliness while delivering friendly, helpful service.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with questions and recommendations, managing sales transactions, keeping areas neat, unloading trucks, and supporting inventory and safety standards on the floor.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks.
• Ensure a safe, positive environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
