Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Oklahoma LLC in Antlers, OK is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean, supporting a safe and welcoming environment for guests and associates alike.

The role requires reliable, customer‑minded individuals with strong communication and organizational skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to perform various duties

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform frequent movement.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, bathrooms included.
