Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Oklahoma LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You’ll assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.

You’ll contribute to a safe, friendly environment and support with unloading trucks, stocking, and basic store operations. Part-time role offering opportunities for growth and employee benefits as per policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, and bending.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and neatness.
• Other duties as assigned.
