Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Oklahoma LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, operate the cash register, stock shelves, receive merchandise, and help unload trucks while ensuring a safe and friendly store environment.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs. Prior retail or service industry experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities
