Job summary

JD Finish Line is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will help shape the store’s success and contribute to the company’s growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include creating a positive shopping experience, driving sales, and assisting with inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance while following health and safety guidelines. 18+ and weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
• Customer-centric: delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Communication and collaboration: strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Take part in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals. Adhere to store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
