Job summary

JD Finish Line is seeking an Associate to assist with daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll influence the store’s success through service, merchandising, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include creating memorable shopping experiences, driving sales, managing inventory, and upholding health and safety standards. Flexibility for weekends and evenings is expected to support store needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Strong communication and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals.
