Job summary

Michaels Stores in American Fork, UT is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to help shoppers locate products, answer questions, and provide a fast, courteous checkout experience.

You will support merchandising, stock and planogram execution, participate in Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS, and help maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store aligned with Michaels Brand Promises.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS)
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking and planogram (POG) processes
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise availability; handle returns/go backs
• Support Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned
• Assist shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; model professional behavior
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production
