Responsibilities

• Keep the sales floor “runway ready” through merchandising and organization.
• Assist customers at the register across in-store, online and mobile platforms.
• Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers and returning clothing to the floor.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free customer experience by organizing clothing and fixtures.
• Keep stockrooms organized and ensure items are checked in and correctly ticketed.
• Demonstrate proficiency with store technologies and adhere to standards.
• Promote Nordstrom Rewards and other company initiatives.
• Receive, unload and stock newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders and prepare shipments following quality standards.
• Utilize inventory systems to process merchandise shipments and LOCs.
• Provide general store support such as event setup and backroom organization.
