Job summary

Responsibilities

• Model and deliver customer experience practices with customers.
• Support a positive store culture with honesty, integrity and respect.
• Ring up purchases/returns and count change per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and floor organization.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Ensure safety and adherence to labor policies.
