Responsibilities

• Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support a positive store culture with honesty, integrity and respect.
• Ring purchases/returns and count change per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and procedures.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor per company standards.
• Participate in store recovery and keep areas clean.
• Adhere to labor laws and safety policies.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
