Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with customers and team.
• Promotes and supports a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings purchases/returns and handles cash per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares items for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety efforts.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and loss prevention programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
