You will engage with customers, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and support merchandise presentation and loss prevention initiatives. Responsibilities include accurately processing purchases and returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and contributing to a positive store culture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Ring customer purchases/returns and count change back according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising and store presentation following procedures and standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and support store recovery as needed.
• Participate in safety, labor law compliance, and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Support and adopt company policies and procedures.
