Job summary

Marshalls in Jackson, TN is hiring a Customer Service Associate to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience, maintain a clean store, and support operations across shifts. You will flexibly work to meet business needs and promote credit and loyalty programs.

You’ll process transactions, help stock and organize shelves, and assist in keeping the store safe and welcoming. This role offers opportunities to grow with TJX and learn the business.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers.
• Adhere to operating procedures and loss prevention standards.
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store.
• Ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customer according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; participate in store recovery.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
