Starting pay ranges USD 12.75 to 13.25 per hour, with opportunities for growth, benefits, and development through TJX's employee programs and training. Flexible hours and cross-training across departments are available to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Ring customer purchases/returns and manage cash per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and uphold merchandising standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor and participate in store recovery.
• Support and participate in safety, loss prevention, and labor policy adherence.
