Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards.
• Ring customer purchases/returns and manage cash handling as per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and maintain merchandising standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor and participate in store recovery.
• Support and participate in safety, labor, and shrink-reduction programs.
