Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising standards and procedures.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor according to standards.
• Initiates store recovery and maintains cleanliness across the store.
• Keeps up with safety, labor policies, and shrink reduction goals.
• Provides feedback and accepts recognition as part of teamwork.
• Other duties as assigned.
