Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store as needed.
• Accurately ring purchases and returns and count change.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Support labor laws, safety policies, and store shrink reduction goals.
